Terms of use

Last updated: May 2026

This document is informational and does not constitute legal advice. It is a provisional MVP text. Definitive terms will be published before public launch.

1. What Existence Compiler offers

Existence Compiler is a technical, semantic, and narrative diagnostic tool for digital projects. The system analyzes a URL and generates a report with observations and suggestions aimed at improving the digital discoverability conditions of the project.

2. No guarantee of results

Existence Compiler does not guarantee traffic, sales, search engine indexing, search result rankings, virality, or any other specific outcome. Improving the technical and semantic conditions of a project may contribute to its visibility, but does not ensure results. The user is responsible for implementing recommendations and evaluating their impact.

3. User responsibility

The user is responsible for implementing or not implementing the report suggestions. Existence Compiler provides diagnosis and recommendations; the decision to apply them rests solely with the user.

4. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use Existence Compiler to: generate spam or automated mass content; abusively or systematically scrape third parties; simulate false external signals (backlinks, mentions, reviews); attempt to manipulate search systems illegitimately; analyze URLs without authorization from the domain owner.

5. Data and privacy

In the MVP version, reports are stored locally in the user's browser via localStorage. No account data is collected. If the user configures an AI provider API key, part of the analyzed content may be sent to that provider. See the Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Availability

Existence Compiler is offered "as is" during the MVP phase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated. By continuing to use the service after changes are published, the user accepts the new terms.
